We request that you schedule an appointment, when possible, for notary services. 

Same day may be available, and after hours require a 2-hour notice.

Whether you prefer in-person appointments or mobile notary services, we’re here to support your signing needs promptly and professionally.

  • Flexible scheduling—daytime, evening, or weekend appointments

General Public Notary Services

Before scheduling your appointment, please consult with an attorney if you have questions about the content of your documents or legal forms. Our notary services are limited to witnessing signatures and administering oaths—we do not provide legal advice.

Requirements & Policies:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all signers at the time of appointment.

  • Payment in full is due at the time of service.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations once the notary has arrived at the appointment location.

Licensing and Professional Standards

At Elm Rose Premier Services, professionalism and compliance come first. Our notary services are carried out by Texas-commissioned Notary Publics who maintain current licenses and certifications at all times.

To ensure the highest level of trust and integrity:

  • All team members undergo annual background checks.

  • Mandatory continuing education and compliance training are completed each year.

  • Licensing and certification records are available upon request.

General Public Notary Services

At Elm Rose Premier Services, we provide professional, reliable notary services in full compliance with Texas law. Our notaries are commissioned by the State of Texas, and all services are performed with accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.

Standard Notary Fees

  • $12.00 per notarial act (Texas state maximum)

  • Mobile travel fees apply in addition to the notary fee (see below).

Location-Based Travel Charges

  • Healthcare Facilities (30 minutes at location): $25

  • Jails & Detention Centers (1 hour at location): $100

  • Excessive wait time (over 30 minutes): $45 per hour

Discounts and Rates

  • All rates are provided prior to service.

  • Management may authorize discounts or promotional rates.

  • Travel and notary fees are due in full at the time of service.

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations once the notary has arrived.

  • Flat-rate: $75 (within a 10-mile radius of Austin)

  • Includes:

    • One notarial act (first signature)

  • Extra Notarial Acts:

    • Additional signatures beyond the first: $1 each (Texas statutory rate) 

2. Real Estate & Deed Transfer Support

Includes preparation support, notarial act(s), and county filing assistance.

  • Deed Transfer (1 property): $295

    • Covers one notarial act plus document prep and filing support

  • Each Additional Property: $250 each

  • Includes Records Folder

3. Full-Service Notary & Deed Transfer Package

Ideal for multi-property needs or estate plans:

  • $495

    • Up to 3 notarial acts

    • Up to 2 deed transfers (prep, notary, filing)
